We partner with a number of local manufacturers in Argentina. One such manufacturer with whom we have had a long relationship with is Guillermo and his family (pictured). Their business distributes and manufactures leather goods that come from Patagonia to the Pampas so that we can bring them directly to you at a low cost.
Beyond mere commerce, I wanted Montevale to make the lives of the people who craft our products better. I was equally dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment, so for every order, we plant a tree in Argentina. In conclusion, our motto Passion is Luxury reflects our belief that the pursuit of excellence, driven by passion, is the ultimate luxury—one that our customers seek and appreciate in every Montevale creation.

Buenas! I’m Josh the owner and founder of Montevale I grew up on a farm in Southern Virginia, then went on to work in politics, the U.S. Secret Service, and the intelligence community. I traveled frequently with my previous jobs and after going to more than 50 countries, I came to love Argentina the most. From its warm and welcoming people to its absolutely stunning landscapes, it is truly the hidden gem of the world. I decided to start Montevale because I saw an opportunity to share this culture and its amazing craftmanship with the rest of the world. I also noticed that many companies were overcharging for products from Argentina, so I wanted to change that. By cutting profit margins we were able to elevate the quality of life for the people that make our products while also giving an unbeatable price to our customers.
